Soup

Making soup is great way to use up any leftover meat and vegetables you may have.

You can customise soup however ever you want to. Add different flavours using herbs and spices or make it more filling by adding grains and pulses.

Stir Fry

Another great way of using up vegetables like onions, carrots, broccoli and peppers. Again another very customisable dish- you can add any sauces you like, any meat or protein you want, or add more spice by adding chillies!

Smoothie Bowls

Stop fruit going in the bin by making a delicious (and healthy) smoothie bowl.

These make a great breakfast and can be topped with cereals, nuts and fruits.
