Ingredients
- A handful of frozen berries
- 1 ripe banana
- Handful of ice cubes
- 2 tbsp of yoghurt
- 100ml of milk
- Toppings: cornflakes, cereals, nuts, strawberries, seeds, toasted coconut or fruits
Method
- Put the frozen berries, banana, ice cubes and yoghurt into a blender
- Blend with the milk until smooth
- Pour into bowl and add the toppings
