This fruity and healthy breakfast is a great way to start the day.

This recipe makes 1-2 servings.

Ingredients

  • A handful of frozen berries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp of yoghurt
  • 100ml of milk
  • Toppings: cornflakes, cereals, nuts, strawberries, seeds, toasted coconut or fruits

Method

  1. Put the frozen berries, banana, ice cubes and yoghurt into a blender
  2. Blend with the milk until smooth
  3. Pour into bowl and add the toppings
