Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (buttered on 1 side)
- A handful of grated cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp of mixed Italian herbs
Methods
- Over medium heat, heat up a frying pan
- Place bread in pan butter side down
- Spread tomato puree on top of bread with knife, top with cheese and herbs
- Add top slice of bread, making sure the buttered side is on the outside of the sandwich
- Flip over sandwich and wait until toasted and cheese is melted.
- Serve on plate and cut if half
