Ingredients
175g of marg melted (can use plant based)
220g of honey
300g oats
1 apple grated (skin on)
30g dried mango
30g dried apricot
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Method
- Line a 10x7 inch tin with greaseproof paper and set aside.
- Pre heat the oven to 180c
- In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients apart from 1 tbsp of coconut. Mix together well.
- Pour into the prepared tin and sprinkle over the coconut.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove and cool well before cutting.
Lasts in a tub for 5 days.
